Made to order

Every piece is engraved to order with your text or artwork. Production time depends on the item and the job. If you need an order by a specific date, tell us before you order and we’ll let you know whether we can make it.

Shipping

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We’ll contact you if anything delays your order.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is personalized, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for text or artwork that was supplied with an error.

If we made a mistake or your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Email info@carterandbone.com with your order number and photos of the problem.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only if we haven’t started engraving it.
